I am a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address anxiety, OCD, ADHD, disruptive behavior problems, mood disorders, and interpersonal difficulties across the lifespan. I provide individual therapy, family therapy, behavioral parent training, and I am a certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) therapist. I am also experienced with using CBT strategies to manage anxiety associated with chronic medical conditions, such as diabetes and epilepsy.

My goal is to meet you where you are and work collaboratively to help you or your child identify and meet your goals. I integrate principles from evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, mindfulness strategies) to best support your individual needs. My approach is warm and supportive, while also directly offering strategies and skills that help children and adults manage their emotions in more effective ways.
